Super Saturday

THE EMOTIONAL DIET

January 23, 2010

(normally 1st saturday, January is an exception)

9am to 1pm

Join us every first saturday of the month at Mainstreet Health and Fitness, in Menomonie, WI for seasonal classes of interest.

Winter is the time of turning your attention from the outside world to your inner landscape. It is a time to fill the energetic well from which the remainder of the year draws reserves. It is a time to dream, imagine, revitalize and re-energize your life. January is the last month of this winter energy. Come and explore ways to take your dreaming and use it to create your wildest dreams.

About the class:

Why do we eat what we eat? Why do we crave certain foods? How come we can increase our exercise and still gain weight?

Food is a highly emotional issue. The acquiring, preparing, and eating of it carries hundreds of subconscious imprints and drivers. Understanding the role food plays in our life, and what questions to ask our subconscious can lead us to not only healthier choices, but an entirely new way of being in relationship with our body.

Cost: $25

Free to Q3 members.
