We often use food for emotional reasons. We are trained to suppress our feelings by eating. Food can then become our substitute for authentic relationships. In addition, our bodies often retain mass when there is something our subconscious knows but our conscious mind does not. When we learn what our weight is trying to tell us, it often melts away with ease.


In this class, you will:
* Understand how your emotions affect your weight.
* Identify your subconscious patterns that drive your eating habits.
* Recognize that cravings are a language that we can decipher to understand what our body really desires.
